Easy Binder is a natural, Vegan friendly binding/gelling agent. Ideal for use in a wide variety of sweet and savoury applications including Vegan Burgers, structured fruit, vegetable terrines, meat and fish formations.

Easy Binder will give structure to many different products and will bind/gel anything together including meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, cheese, or a mixture of various products. Easy to use and cold soluble. After using Easy Binder the finished product can be sliced, frozen and cooked without losing its shape or texture.

Easy Binder is a natural allergen-free product. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Non-Irradiated.

How to use:

1 – Add Easy Binder to cold water (see for dosage guidelines on the amount of Easy Binder and cold water to use www.modernrecipes.co.uk/easybinder).

2 – Using a stick or hand blender, blend Easy Binder and the cold water for a few seconds until well mixed together.

3 – Mix all your ingredients and Easy Binder solution together, using either an electric mixer, or by hand in a large bowl using a spatula for 2-5 minutes until well mixed.

4 – Now depending on the application. You can either fill the mass into moulds making sure each mould is full and compact with no air bubbles, or, you can vacuum pack to remove air and compact. Alternatively, shape and compact by hand, then wrap tightly in cling film.

5 – Put into a refrigerator (2-5ºC), for between 8 and 24 hours for the reaction to be completed. Once the structure of the product is complete, it can be frozen, sliced, cooked, etc

 

Storage Conditions:  Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
