Our Egg White Albumen Powder is a premium quality free-range egg white powder derived from free range chicken eggs. It can be used for shakes, smoothies, cakes, brownies, sponges, muffins, omelettes, protein bars and is excellent for making icing.

Cholesterol-free, low in fat and carbohydrates, high in protein, it’s a perfect product for a healthy lifestyle. Reconstitution ratio 10g of powder to 70ml (70g) of water = 80g of liquid egg white. Suitable for Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Free Range.

How to use: The dosage rates of Egg Albumen Powder depend upon the usage. If you are mixing it with water to reconstitute an egg consistency use 12.5g of egg powder and 87.5g of water = 100g of liquid egg. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40°C.

 

Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
