Our Tapioca Flour is a premium quality fine white powder. Also known as Tapioca Starch. A natural product ground from the Cassava plant roots it is ideal for anyone on a gluten free diet and contains no fat or cholesterol. It is low in sodium and contains iron and calcium.

Also used as a thickener in pies, sauces and soups and will give a glossy finish. It is used as a binding agent in gluten free recipes and can be mixed with other flours to make pastry, bread and cakes which are gluten free. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Non-Irradiated, Kosher Friendly, Halal Friendly.

How to use: Typical Dosage: If using to replace corn starch use twice as much Tapioca flour to replace the amount of corn starch. If using as a binding agent use approximately half to a third of Tapioca Flour mixed with other flours, depending upon your recipe.

 

Storage Conditions:  Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
