You can return our products undamaged and sealed within 30 days (see our return policy for details).

For returns, you can request a return label via support@specialingredientseurope.com, stating your order number. The shipment will be returned to:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Return the item including all accessories within 14 days of ordering, together with the original invoice and in the original packaging. If you want to return an item after these 14 days, please contact our customer service. When you drop off a package at the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Please keep this proof carefully, we may ask for it later.

Received wrong item
Always check when you receive the items whether you have received the correct item. If it happens by accident that you have received a different item than the one you ordered, you can return it free of charge within 14 days. Mention on the back of the invoice that you have received the wrong item. Request a return label via support@specialingredientseurope.com, stating your order number. The shipment will be returned to:
