Our Molecular Spaghetti Caviar Kit contains all the necessary tools and ingredients to create molecular spaghetti and caviar.
Learn Spherification and Reverse Spherification techniques, create caviar pearls/fruit bubbles, make centred spheres of any liquid, convert liquids into stable foams and learn how to make Molecular Spaghetti. With these ingredients, you are guaranteed to surprise your guests!
Ingredients:
- 2 x 1metre tubing
- 2 x 50ml syringes (Food Grade)
- 5 x 3 ml pipettes (Food grade)
- 100 gram Agar Agar.
